The microcontroller was programmed to follow the source of light with the higher intensity. It uses 4 sensors to read voltage values and and two motors for the rotation.
May 2019The characters are loaded from a data file to the app. The main page receives the data as a prop and it will display every character in cards, or just the ones that meet the search parameters.
July 20203 different apartment buildings that load data dynamically from a data file. The react app contains multiple pages and components in order to process the data appropriately.
July 2020Listings are added from the admin panel and displayed dynamically with several features such as sold and pending. Media files are hosted using AWS S3 buckets and it uses a Postgres database. Heroku site was taken down due to inactivity, link to live project has been removed.
August 2020Modified version of ResNet using the last layers of GoogLeNet (40% dropout layer plus a Dense layer). This was used as an individual research project for the course Artificial Intelligence II at the University of Minnesota. The results were promising as the accuracy of the model was of 97%, same as the GoogLeNet architecture. Future work will require to test the architecture with a more complex dataset. The sign_MNIST dataset from kaggle was used for this project.
December 2020I utilized the scikit-learn library and Python packages like pandas and numpy to predict house prices in Seattle using a Kaggle dataset. Through meticulous data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection, I honed my skills in machine learning fundamentals. The dataset uses data from the second half of 2022
December 2023I am a Computer Science graduate from the University of Minnesota (Class of 2021). Currently, I serve as a Software Engineer II at Microsoft, specializing in full-stack development. My expertise includes utilizing React with TypeScript for frontend development and employing the .NET framework and C# for backend projects.
Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, I am actively expanding my skill set into the domains of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
